The Junior League year runs from June 1 until May 31 each year.

Membership Criteria

• • Be at least 21 years of age on the first of June preceding her Provisional training course.

Financial Commitment 

Provisional fee (one-time): $100.00
Membership dues (annual): $150.00

TRANSFER TO JLA

Welcome to the Junior League of Arlington! If you are moving to Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, or any of the DFW mid-cities and are interested in becoming a part of our league, we would love to have you join us! Comprised of more than 450 members, we are women working to improve our North Texas communities.

Transfer members are introduced to the Junior League of Arlington via the Placement Committee and our Member at Large. The Transfer Program is ongoing – you may transfer at any time into the Junior League of Arlington. Transfer members are accepted regardless of how many years of service you have completed in your previous league(s). In addition, we look forward to providing you with the opportunity to build new relationships with other transfers and league members. Opportunities include committee meetings, working on fundraisers, and attending social events.

Once you have decided to join the JLA, contact your current league to initiate your transfer. Your current league is then responsible for submitting your paperwork to the Junior League of Arlington. After your request is received and the information regarding your membership is verified, your request will be accepted.   Our Membership VP or Placement Chair will contact you regarding the next steps.  Please note that we do assess a fee for members transferring in.
