The Junior League of Arlington (JLA) is a non-profit, educational and charitable organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  JLA is a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI) which includes 296 Leagues with over 193,000 members in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Great Britain.  AJLI reaches out to women of all races, religions, and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.
